you will have to use a photo sharing website such as www.photobucket.com once you upload a photo there, you can take the website URL of the picture and then insert the picture to your post by going to the box with a picture on it just above where you put your text... it is near the smiley tab. Then you can post an image!
otherwise if you found a picture on the internet, you can copy the link (url address) and then insert it into the message by clicking on the picture icon above the text near the smileys and then paste the image URL (www.address) and the picture will show up!
